Craft Beertender

Part Time (30 hours per week) - Hourly $8.50 plus tips
Regular business hours Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday 1pm to 9pm and Fridays and Saturdays 1pm to 11pm

Cocoa Beach Brewing Company is looking for at least one bartender / server preferably serving experience and knowledgeable about craft beer.  Flexibility to assist with special events throughout the year is essential.  Additional duties include keeping the taproom and facilities clean and stocked. 

Immediate position available for Thursdays 1pm to 9pm and Friday and Saturdays 1pm until 11pm.

Fully Cross-Utilized Brewery Assistant

Full Time (30 to 40 hours per week) - Hourly $10
Monday through Friday 1 pm until finished (usually about 9 pm)

Cocoa Beach Brewing Company is looking for a fully cross utilized brewery assistant. Primary duties will include cleaning and maintenance, including all cleaning and sanitation activities associated with employee and public areas. Duties will be split between the brewery and tap room and will also include customer service. Flexibility to assist with special events throughout the year is essential. Candidates should be able to respond to the brewery on short notice in the case of equipment malfunction or other “emergencies.”

Candidates must be able to perform minor mechanical repairs and preventative maintenance on building and equipment. The position also includes restocking of inventory, including 50 lb bags of grain, cases of bottles, and full and empty kegs.

This is hard work and an entry level position, but with tremendous room to grow depending on how motivated you are.

Initial schedule will be for normal business hours, Monday through Friday from 1pm until 9 pm.

Brewer

Full Time (30 to 40 hours per week) - Experience Dependent
Hours: Flexible after initial orientation / training period, but also as necessary as dictated by brewery operations.

Cocoa Beach Brewing Company is looking for a brewer. Primary duties are similar to brewery assistant, but must be able to perform all brewery duties independently, and requires knowledge and experience in brewing.  In addition to the actual brewing process, some of these duties will include cleaning and maintenance, including all cleaning and sanitation activities associated with employee and public areas. Flexibility to assist with special events throughout the year is essential. Candidates should be able to respond to the brewery on short notice in the case of equipment malfunction or other “emergencies.”

This is hard work, and employment is contingent on your ability to produce consistent, quality beer in accordance to our growing demands, but offers an exciting opportunity to join the craft beer community, with  tremendous growth potential based on performance and initiative.
